1. Open the Settings menu on blogger or Blogspot
2. Scroll down until you find the words Monetization, then activate or turn on Enable Custom Ads.txt
3. Then click Custom Ads.txt and fill in the ads.txt file
Example ads.txt file:

In the example file above, you only need to change the pub number that matches the Publisher ID number of the google Adsense account that you have. To find out the Adsense account Publisher ID number, you can see the Google Adsense Account Information.
If it's finished, then you just have to wait for your ads.txt file to be crawled and indexed on Google. If it has been crawled properly then you just have to wait for the Earning at risk notification or the risky income on google AdSense is gone.
